AS/NZS 3112:2017 Amendment 1

Amendment 1 of AS/NZS 3112:2017 was published on 6 September 2021 and the date of application is 17 June 2022.

AS/NZS 3112:2017 Amendment 1已于2021年9月6号公布, 并将于2022年6月17号开始应用。

This means that any certificate we issue after 17 June 2022 must include the amendment in the test report and in the certificate.

这意味着从2022年6月17号起,  我司签发的所有相关证书及其用于申请该证书的测试报告, 都必须包括该修正案。

We can already include it in any new certificate application if it is included in the test report supplied as evidence of compliance, but it is only mandatory for certificates issued from 17 June 2022.

目前我司已经可以将此修正案包括在任何新证书的申请中, 前提是该修正案也已经包含在了用于该申请的测试报告中。只不过从2022年6月17号开始, 强制要求将此修正案包括在证书中。

For existing certificates which have already been issued, the amendment does not have to be included and the certificate does not have to be updated for the revised standard until it is time to renew the certificate, which is a maximum of 6 months before the expiry date.

对于已经签发的现有证书, 不强制要求证书中包括该修正案。 现有证书可以沿用既有标准, 直到证书即将到期, 才申请证书更新并升级标准。请注意在证书到期日前, 最早6个月可以递交更新申请。

If the client requires it, we can update certificates to include the amendment. We would require an endorsed test report covering the amendment and a technical modification application. The fee is AUD 500 (plus GST if applicable) and we will issue an addendum stating compliance with the amendment if the application is successful.

如果您有需求, 我司可以为您升级证书, 以涵盖此修正案。您需要提交一份证书技术性修改申请, 以及涵盖了此修正案并背书过的测试报告。申请费为500澳币（澳洲申请人需支付GST）, 审核成功完成后, 我司会签发一份证书附录, 注明该证书涵盖了此修正案。

New South Wales electrical safety law requires that any product complies with the latest applicable standard at the time of sale, so you should check your product complies with the amendment if the product is for sale in the State of New South Wales after 17 June 2022. However, NSW do not then require that the certificate is updated.

新南威尔士州电气安全法要求所有在售商品必须符合最新标准, 因此如果您的产品将在2022年6月17号之后在新南威尔士州销售, 那么请检查您的产品以确保其符合此修正案要求。不过, 新州并没有要求证书更新升级。

Our accreditation systems from JAS-ANZ, REAS and RECS do not require existing certificates to be updated to the latest standard before the expiry date of the certificate, unless they issue a regulatory notice requiring it. This is rare and if your certificate is affected by such a notice, we will contact you in advance.

我司既有资质体系（JAS-ANZ, REAS 以及RECS） 不要求已经签发的现有证书在过期前更新至最新标准, 除非监管机构下达公告来要求我司这么做。这样的情况很罕见, 如果您的证书将被此类公告影响, 我司会提前和您取得联系。
